In 1992 Xuchang Hengda Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was established.
In 1993 The Nanshunhe Commercial and Residential Building Project, the first commercial and residential community developed by Xuchang City, was launched.
In 1994 The company built a residential building project—Beiguan New Village, for Xuchang City Development Office, Construction Bank and Water Saving Office.
In 1995 the project of Nanjiuqu Street Commercial and Residential Community was delivered.
In 1996 The Hengdali market was completed and the company took the first step in the field of commercial rea
l estate development.
In 1997 the West Lake commercial office project was started.
In 1998 The key project of Xuchang Old Town Reconstruction —Chunqiu Garden Project started.
In 1999 Xuchang Hengda Property Management Co., Ltd. was established, and Xuchang Weidu Hotel Co., Ltd. was merged and reorganized.

In 2007 Xuchang Weiwudi Square and Xiangfu Garden Project started.
In 2008 Xinyang Hengda Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was registered and the Hengda·Mingmen Shangju Project was acquired.
In 2009 Started the development of the Yuzhou Hengda·Sunshine City project with a total development area of approximately 2.2 million square meters..
In 2010 Advanced into Xuchang Dongcheng District and obtained high-end residential projects—Hengda·Mingmen Shangju and Hengda·NAPA Xidi.
In 2011 Xuchang Hengda Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. was promoted to a national first-class real estate development qualification enterprise.
In 2013 Yanling Hengda Mingmen Shangju and Hengda Sunshine City projects were launched simultaneously.
In 2014 The group was awarded the honorary title of “City Operation Brand” and “Integrity Real Estate Enterprise”.
In 2015 Hengda·Jinhui square and Hengda·Beihai Longcheng Project were launched simultaneously.
In 2016 Yuzhou Hengda was promoted to a national first-class real estate development qualification enterprise, and Hengda Group became a comprehensive enterprise group with two qualifications.
In 2017 The Hengda West County Project and the Hengda Weiyuan Project were launched.
In 2018 The Yuzhou Hengda Xijun project was launched; Hengda Group was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
In 2019 Xuchang Hengda Wangjiao Project, Hengda Lanjun Project, Hengda Heyuan Project, Hengda Jiuxifu Project, Yuzhou Hengda Binhefu Project, Changge Hengda Junyuefu Project, Yanling Hengda Guobinfu Project,Hengda Xijun Project, Xiangcheng Hengda Xijun Project,start one after another.
In 2020, Hengda Group secured the highest credit rating of AAA from the China Real Estate Association and the honorary title of "Advanced Private Enterprise in the Fight Against COVID-19" from the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. We had successively launched Xuchang Hengda·Dongcheng Garden project, Yanling Hengda·Mingmen Shangju project (Phase II), Yanling Hengda·Yihao project, Changge Hengda·Junyu Mansion project, Yuzhou Hengda·Jinjun project, and Linying Hengda·Huatai New Building project.
In 2021, Hengda Group received many honors, encompassing "China Industry Icon Brand", "Real Estate Company Worthy of Capital Market Attention in 2021", "Top 20 Real Estate Companies in Henan Province in 2021 (12th place)", the 40th place in the "Top 100 Modern Service Industry Private Enterprises in Henan Province in 2021", the 93rd place in the "Top 100 Private Enterprises in Social Responsibility in Henan Province in 2021", and the "Top 200 Real Estate Enterprises in China in Comprehensive Strength". In 2021, six projects that the group's real estate sector newly developed were successively launched; and this acquired Henan Hengzhi Architectural Engineering Design Co., Ltd.
In 2022, it launched the Hengda Dongyue and Xiangxian Hengda Yunzhu projects. The Hengda Group was recognized as one of the "Top 200 Chinese Real Estate Enterprises by Sales Performance in 2021". "Top 20 Henan Local Real Estate Enterprises by Sales Performance". "Top 100 Henan Private Enterprises in Modern Services in 2021". and "Top 100 Influential Brands in 2022". The group was also honored with titles such as "Industry Iconic Brand of China" and "Real Estate Company Worth Noting in the Capital Market in 2021". Additionally, Hengda Property became the first national-level service industry (residential property) standardization pilot unit in Henan Province.
In 2023, it successfully acquired the (2021)130# (Binhe Shangyuan project) and (2019)037# land parcels in Yuzhou City. The Hengda Group was ranked among the "Top 200 Chinese Real Estate Enterprises by Sales Performance in 2023". "Top 20 Henan Real Estate Enterprises in 2023". "Top 10 Henan Local Real Estate Enterprises in 2023". and achieved the "No. 1 in Sales Performance in Xuchang Real Estate in 2023" and "Top 100 Henan Service Enterprises in 2023". The group was also awarded the "2023 Henan Real Estate Outstanding Enterprise in Delivery Capability" and "Top 10 Central and Western China Real Estate Company Brand Value in 2023". among other honors.
In 2024, the Group was rated as the "AAA Credit Rating Enterprise" by the China Real Estate Association again. It ranked 84th on the "2024 Top 100 Private Enterprises in Henan Province" list, was included in the "Top 200 Real Estate Enterprises in China by Sales Performance", and was recognized as one of the "Top 20 Real Estate Enterprises in Henan Province" and the "6th Largest in Sales Area among Real Estate Enterprises in Henan Province". The Group also received honors such as "2023 Outstanding Real Estate Development Enterprise in Henan Province" and "AAA Credit Rating for Real Estate Development Enterprises in Xuchang City for 2023". Additionally, Hengda Property was awarded the title of "2024 Excellent Brand in China's Residential Property Services", and so on.
